Sex and the City - The Movie

I don't know precisely when I got hooked up on Sex and the City - the HBO series which finished in 2004 after 6 seasons entertaining people around the world.
I think it was after my best friend Norma told me "Fernanda, you MUST watch this show, you gonna love it!!!"
Norma has been my pal since 1992. We met in NYC in 1991. She was friend's with Joe who was my boyfriend for a year. It was only after he and I broke up that my friendship with Norma really began. Joe left NYC and I never saw him again. But Norm and I, more than just friends, sisters....
Anyway, maybe that's why I fell in love with Sex and the City: 4 female friends in the city I love (NYC) talking about men, love, friendship, clothes, sex, broken hearts, etc... I can surely relate to that..
And also, there was the main character Carrie, a writer desperately looking for love and for 'the one"... For six seasons we fans were the witnesses of her romance with Mr. Big and his ability to make her suffer... and when she finally meets a sweet guy who wants to marry her and is nice to her (Aidan).... well, then it's her turn to leave him because he is probably "too nice".... We women can get very complicated sometimes... hehe
